The prestigious certification applies to both The Atlantic Club’s Manasquan and Red Bank locations.

The Medical Fitness Association, a non-profit organization, was formed in 1991 to assist medically integrated health and fitness centers achieve their full potential. The Association is a professional membership organization whose mission is to ascertain and respond to the needs of medically integrated centers throughout the world.

A PARKINSON'S EXERCISE PROGRAM

Maintain independence | Gain confidence | Improve strength, posture, balance, and quality of life!An evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. This national wellness program is designed to retrain mind & body.
WHAT Small Group Sessions 2x/week for 4 weeks with Nationally Certified Personal Trainers
WHO Individuals in Stage 1, 2, or 3 of Parkinson’s | must be fully independent

WHEN Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:30 – 2:15pm

JUNIOR FIT

A PROGRAM FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGES 10-16

Junior Fit meets twice per week in a small group setting and puts fun back into fitness! It is perfect for young individuals struggling with their weight.
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
• Boost self esteem and coordination• Learn how to control issues with weight• Enhance general fitness and well-being• Increase energy• Reduce risk of developing diabetes and cardiovascular disease
INSTRUCTED BY LAPELL CRANK Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Experienced BoxerLapell’s strong fitness and training skills make him a keen advocate for his clients and the industry at large. Lapell has over 15 years’ experience and received the best prospect award for his performance before moving on to become the Golden Gloves Novice Champion. Lapell is a great role model for young adults and believes “it’s not how your start the race, it’s how you finish it”.
