ABOUT THE MEDICAL FITNESS ASSOCIATION

The Medical Fitness Association, a non-profit organization, was formed in 1991 to assist medically integrated health and fitness centers achieve their full potential. The Association is a professional membership organization whose mission is to ascertain and respond to the needs of medically integrated centers throughout the world.

A Parkinson's Exercise Program

Delay the Disease is an evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing heir physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. This national wellness program is designed to retain mind and body. This program meets in small group sessions 2x per week, for 4 weeks.

JUNIOR FIT

A PROGRAM FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGES 9-12

Junior Fit meets in a small group setting and puts fun back into fitness! It is perfect for young individuals to stay active and learn more about fitness, technique and coordination.
