Enjoy motivating small group workouts, led by a female trainer. You’ll be introduced to various modalities and equipment, elevating your workout routine. Lose weight, increase muscle tone, and improve your physical & mental well-being.

INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
Our trainer will provide a personalized experience, guiding you as you learn how to manage your health and achieve your goals, based on each woman’s concerns and needs. An INBODY body composition analysis will be completed at the beginning and end of the program to track progress.
